Current Projects

• We started construction of our new 23 meter Cascade Crane. It is based on the original Academy Award winning Filmotechnic design. The base was custom built by Miska Trailers and will have hydraulic leveling jacks and a hydraulic centre post capable of achieving a 3.5 m fulcrum height and a 21 m camera height.
  The Cascade Crane is scheduled for completion in early July 2008.
• We are currently manufacturing multiple sets of gears for new Russian Arms to be built in Kiev.
• We are also redesigning the nose mount for the Russian Arm. It currently has a coil spring damper. After what we put the Russian Arm and Flight Head through on the Incredible Hulk (shooting so much off road at high and low speed) we are designing a two axis oil rotary damper.
• We are adding gyro censors to the nose mount to compensate for pendulum swing of the Flight Head. All this will greatly improve the stabilization of the Camera at any speed on any terrain.
